Please don't settle for anything but total satisfaction. Please understand we are charitable, but not a charity, if a product is "as advertised" and/or works properly, we may need to charge for shipping or a re-stock fee and sometimes both, depending on our suppliers terms.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Shipping Policy: Most in-stock items ship via UPS or FedEx ground within 48 hours of receiving your order. Standard ground service requires 5-10 business days for delivery. Please allow an extra day if placing an order over the weekend or on a major holiday. Please email us for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We're currently unable to ship internationally other than to Canada. Please email us for shipping quotes and product availability to Canada as certain products are only available for shipping within the U.S.
